Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Returns will only be possible if they meet one of the below conditions:
1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged.
3. The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing.

In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement free of charge once the details of the case are verified by us. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to aid the returns process.

Please note the below terms under which replacement will not be possible:
1. The product has been used or tried out by you.
2. The product shows signs of wear and tear, usage, and is not in the condition that it was delivered to you.
3. Any product whose packaging has been destroyed will not be returnable.
4. All products to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/cards dispatched originally.
5. If any products are missing any tags/packaging elements/hangers/covers/manuals/cards will not be returnable. If any of these are missing and your item is eligible for return, you will be reimbursed 75% of the invoice value.
6. Any products taken out for a ride is considered used and not eligible for return. We encourage you to try the gear indoors for size/fit.

Terms & Conditions for returns:
1. Please ensure you contact the store within 2 days to initiate the returns process.
2. Once you initiate the process we will take 2-3 working days to process your return.
3. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to our store/warehouse.
4. If you are unsure about sizing or the right product for you at the time of ordering, please reach out to us over the phone or any social media platform so that we can guide you in your decision.
5. Once your return is processed, you will be reimbursed with store credit for any future purchases.

Return shipping options:
1. Please ship your returns through a reputable courier firm which includes package tracking and insurance for the return shipment.
2. All return shipments must be prepaid, all COD packages will be rejected.

Defects and Warranties:
Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms, we will assist our customers in the process of claiming warranty should it be applicable. For any warranty claims, please ensure you send the problem summary along with product pictures to us at cs@teamdrivenindia.com and store.manager@teamdrivenindia.com

Note: Team Driven Motosports LLP does not provide direct warranty on any of the items sold.

 

Return Process:

  1. Give us a call on any of our phone numbers in contact details during the Customer Service Hours. They would guide you in general about the return process.
  2. In case of any issue with the product, send us an email with images highlighting the issue with brief description.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging with all its tags / elements / hangers / covers / manuals / cards etc. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.
  4. Returns should be shipped to the following address unless otherwise noted on your return authorization instructions:

  1. Please retain your return tracking information and message us the same. Team Drive Motosports LLP is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.


Order cancellations:
1. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until the items are shipped from our warehouse, after which cancellations will not be possible.
2. Bank processing charges for the cancelled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and to what extent the refund would be available depending on the condition of the retuned product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount would be provided to you as Store Credit which you can utilise for purchase at Team Driven Motosports LLP Store and Website.

You would have to state in advance before a purchase while using this Store Credit so that we can process your order accordingly.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping terms:
1. All orders over INR 2,000/- are eligible for free shipping all over India. Free Shipping is not available for oversize Items and specified in the item description.

    3. In order to ship the products, we require a complete address including postal code for every order and contact details of the person ordering/receiving.
    4. All orders will be shipped by ground shipping, and you will receive a consignment tracking id to track the shipment.

Applicable Shipping Charges

Varied shipping rates are applicable as per the product ordered, destination of order etc. Shipping rates apply to some products under “Sale” and “Closeout” even though the order value meets the free shipping criteria. Such products would have it stated in the Description.

Also, extra shipping charges might apply to some orders which are to be delivered in far flung areas or are not catered to by our various shipping partners. We would contact you regarding this and then proceed further.

 

Shipping Modes

 We ship by surface under the Free Shipping option and as per request can ship by a faster mode at an extra charge to the customer on their request.

Shipping mode for Oils and Lubricants and some Maintenance products will always be by surface adhering to the Laws pertaining to their shipping
