No. Note that not all products listed on the website as in stock are available at the store. Due to physical space restrictions, not all products are available at the store all the time. Some are at our storage facility. But we can bring the product for you to checkout if you put in a message in advance regarding the same.

Yes you can! See our Return Policy for details. Closeout returns and exchanges are handled the same way as any other item. Although replacement depends on availability of said product in the required size or design/colour. If not, would be sorted out in the most favourable way possible for the customer.

Blem items may include but are not limited to merchandise with the following classifications: open box, previously used for demo/video purposes, manufacture defects or cosmetic flaws, or incomplete (missing parts, packaging, tags or instructions). Please see specific Blem item product description for full details. All Blem items retain manufacturer warranties and qualify for our Return Policy.

Depending on your location, faster shipping options are available for certain parts of the country but not available on all products. For any info regarding the same just give us a call as soon as possible after placing the order. Extra shipping charges would apply in this case.

No. As of now we ship within Indian territory only.

Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms, we will assist our customers in the process of claiming warranty should it be applicable. For products on “Sale” and “Closeout”, the warranty provided differs from reduced duration to none depending on the product and the manufacturer’s norms here in India.
